COMMISSIONED SALES ASSOCIATE

At Rothman Furniture, we are proud to have one of the most knowledgeable and friendly sales staffs in the St. Louis area, people who are passionate about their careers.

We are committed to your sales success with on-going training to ensure that you excel at helping our customers create a beautiful and more comfortable home.

Our sales associates enjoy a 30-day paid Orientation and Training Program consisting of a generous hourly rate plus commission to get started. After the training period is over, our salespeople have an unlimited earning potential, with a highly competitive commission program.

In addition, you’ll also receive benefits not found in other commissioned sales environments. Our sales associates receive additional pay for seven major Holidays a year, paid personal days and paid vacation time in addition to the extensive list of other benefits given to all full-time employees.

As a commissioned salesperson, you decide the destiny of your own pay. Typically, our first-year salespeople realistically earn $30 to $50K per year. Full-Time Benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision, 401K Plan, Generous Vacation and Personal Days, and Employee Discounts.
