Is my Rothman 1 year in home warranty still valid?
No, Rothman will not be able to resolve any product issues now that all locations are closed.

What happens with my manufacturer’s warranty? How do I file a claim?
All manufacturer warranties will be honored at the discretion of the manufacturer. It will be the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer after we have closed our doors for good. If you have questions we will do our best to help you get in contact with the appropriate manufacturer while we are going through our Store Closing Sale.

What happens with the additional Furniture Protection Plan I purchased?
All Furniture Protection Plans will be honored by the protection company the plan was purchased through.

All purchases prior to 9/18/2017:
The additional Furniture Protection Plan you may have purchased is covered by Montage Furniture Services. Their contact information is on the plan you received.

All purchases on or after 9/18/2017:
The additional Furniture Protection Plan you may have purchased is covered by Furniture Protection Connection. Their contact information is on the plan you received.

What about my current financing plan?
All finance plans are issued by third party financing companies and will remain in effect until your balance is paid. Any questions about your plan may be answered by the institution listed on your individual statements.
