What day is Rothman Furniture and Mattress closing?
Due to the nature of the event, we cannot give an exact date of closing. The closing dates for each store location will be contingent on the levels of inventory and how fast it sells out.

Can I shop online?
No, due to the fast pace of this sale and the ever changing inventory levels, online shopping will not be available.

If I purchase an item during the Store Closing Event, can I still purchase a furniture protection plan?
Yes, you may purchase a 5-year protection plan for all Store Closing Event purchases.

Will I still be able to finance a purchase during the Store Closing Event?
Yes, please see a Sales Associate at any location for plan details.

What happens to my Rothman Gift Card?
We will honor all Rothman Gift Cards during our Store Closing Event. All locations still have a large assortment of furniture and mattresses for you to shop. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

What happens to my Rothman Store Credit?
We will honor all store credits in the amounts owed to our customers during our Store Closing Event. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash. We still have stores with a large assortment of furniture and mattresses for you to shop; first come, first save!

What happens if I have a question about my recent purchase?

Is the company’s return policy affected?
No, however merchandise purchased during liquidation sales cannot be canceled or returned.

Is my Rothman 1 year in home warranty still valid?
No, Rothman will not be able to resolve any product issues after the locations are closed. You may contact our customer support center at (877) 704-0002 for more information.

What happens with my manufacturer’s warranty? How do I file a claim?
All manufacturer warranties will be honored at the discretion of the manufacturer. It will be the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer after we have closed our doors for good. If you have questions we will do our best to help you get in contact with the appropriate manufacturer while we are going through our Store Closing Sale.

What happens with the additional Furniture Protection Plan I purchased?
All Furniture Protection Plans will be honored by the protection company the plan was purchased through.

All purchases prior to 9/18/2017:
The additional Furniture Protection Plan you may have purchased is covered by Montage Furniture Services. Their contact information is on the plan you received.

All purchases on or after 9/18/2017:
The additional Furniture Protection Plan you may have purchased is covered by Furniture Protection Connection. Their contact information is on the plan you received.

What about my current financing plan?
All finance plans are issued by third party financing companies and will remain in effect until your balance is paid. Any questions about your plan may be answered by the institution listed on your individual statements.
