Rothman Furniture makes every effort to ensure products displayed on our website are available for immediate pick-up or delivery. We are unable to offer any guarantee of stock availability as we have no control over manufacturer production schedules or shipping, Customs Inspections, customer demand or unforeseen acts of nature.
After placing an order, our Web Representative will contact you by your choice of phone or email within 24 hours to confirm stock availability and, to arrange for your purchase to be delivered or sent to a convenient showroom location for pick up. It's THAT simple!
In-stock merchandise is normally deliverable to your home (if within our delivery area) or to a store location for pick-up in as few as 3-5 days. In-stock merchandise is also available for pick-up at our Central Warehouse immediately upon confirmation of in-stock status by our Help Desk.
If your selection is not currently in stock, trucks are arriving at our Central Warehouse daily. Our Internet Help Representative will be able to tell you when your selections are expected to arrive.
If the item you are shopping for cannot be found on our site, it might be available to you by Special Order. We are unable to process Special Orders on-line, however, one of our knowledgeable sales representatives would be more than happy to assist you in finding exactly the right item in your choice of fabric, finish or color, or configuration.

All on-line orders must be paid-in-full at the time order if placed by MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card.
Cash, Personal Checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express and the Rothman Credit Card are accepted at all store locations. We are sorry, but Rothman Cards cannot be accepted as a form of payment on-line and financing is not available on-line. Rothman is unable to accept Money Orders, Cashier or Certified Checks.
The Rothman Card may be used, or an application for financing may be completed, at any Rothman Store Location. A Rothman Sales Representative will be happy to discuss all of our fantastic No Interest Finance offers with you. Please bring a valid driver's license for identification verification purposes.
Credit Card/Lay-a-way/Other Payments
Wells Fargo Credit Card payments must be mailed to the address shown on your statement. We are sorry that we are not able to accept payment on-line or at a showroom location.
Lay-a-way Payments can be mailed or made in person at any showroom location. Be sure to write either your Customer Code or your Ref. # from your original receipt on your personal check. Rothman does not accept Money Orders, Cashier or Certified Checks.

Pick-up of Merchandise
You may choose to pick up your selection at our Central Warehouse in O'Fallon, MO or at any store location (click to locations page).
Pick-up orders that are confirmed In-Stock by our Internet Help Desk with you after your order is placed will be available for immediate pick-up at our Central Warehouse. If you choose to have your order shipped to a more convenient store location, the Help Desk will give you an approximate date of when your order will arrive. You will receive a call confirming your order is at the store location and ready for pick-up. Please wait for this call before traveling to the store.
In-Home Service is not available on merchandise which is picked up.
If a manufacturer defect is discovered upon opening your merchandise, you will be responsible for transportation of the item(s) in the original cartons back to the original pick-up location for exchange within 7 days.
If you prefer, you may load your own items. If you choose to have our employees assist you, please keep in mind that Rothman is not responsible for damage to your vehicle while loading, nor any subsequent damage or injury during the transportation of your items.
Please bring a vehicle capable of accommodating your purchase. We regret that we cannot tie any item to the roof of vehicles or assist in loading any vehicle we deem unsafe for transportation of merchandise.
Rothman is not responsible for damage or loss of merchandise once you leave our dock.
Please note that many furniture items require assembly. If unsure, please ask before loading your selection.

Our obligation to our customers is to sell furniture of the highest quality commensurate with the price. All warranties are those granted by the Manufacturer and do not provide for replacement items. Manufacturer defects must be reported within the warranty period. Customers purchasing our Delivery and In-Home Service Package will receive in-home service by a qualified Service Technician or receive transportation of the defective item from the original delivery address for one year. Fabrics are not warranted by the mill; therefore, wearing quality and color-fastness is not warranted by the manufacturer or Rothman Furniture. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, defects, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accident by the consumer. The conditions of this warranty apply regardless of any oral or implied statement by Store Personnel.
All merchandise is covered by this Limited Warranty for at least One Year. Some Manufacturers have much longer warranty periods and will be noted in the product information provided. Warranty paperwork will arrive with your furniture purchase.
Extended Warranties are Available!
An Extended, 5-Year Furniture Warranty is available on most items through MONTAGE. This warranty protects your purchase well-beyond the Limited Manufacturer Warranty. Montage covers accidental damage such as rips, cuts, tears, burns and breakage as well as staining, discoloration, season cracks, and broken mechanisms on reclining pieces.
An Extended, 10-Year Warranty is available on all bedding sets, and includes up to three free mattress pads over the 10-year period. This warranty protects you against stains or other damage such as broken foundation boards.
Under either Warranty, both parts and labor are covered (the manufacturer warranty only covers parts) and claims are fast and easy to file. You can file claims on-line or over the phone with a live person. Your covered product will be repaired or fully replaced during the entire lifetime of the warranty should you suffer a covered incident.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve disputes informally, Rothman and you expressly agree that any claims or controversies arising out of or related to our relationship or this Contract shall be exclusively and finally resolved through binding arbitration, instead of courts of federal jurisdiction, pursuant to Rothman's Arbitration Policy, ("the Arbitration Policy"), which is incorporated herein.
Any arbitration under this agreement will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class actions are not permitted. you acknowledge and agree that, by entering into this agreement, you are waiving the right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action, either as a class representative or as a member of the class. The rules applicable to arbitration and the rights of parties in arbitration differ from the rules and rights applicable in court. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you have the ability to take claims to any applicable state of federal agency. Rothman may choose to file an action in a court of law if the action relates solely to the collection of any debts you owe to Rothman. Arbitration will be conducted under all applicable laws and regulations in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Rothmans works to keep the price of all our products online current and up-to-date. However we reserve the right to cancel any order if we feel an error has been made.
No order is final until it is ready to ship to the customer. Any order placed on our website will be treated as price quote until it has been confirmed by a Rothman sales representative. Your credit card will be charged upon placement of your order. If your order must be cancelled before you receive your order, your charge or debit card will be refunded by Rothman as soon as possible. Please note it may take a few days for the credit to show on your account depending on which bank your card is with.
